By placing an order with Label Rune, you agree to the terms outlined below. Every piece is crafted with intention in our atelier - please read carefully before confirming your order.
Made to Order
Every Rune piece is made to order and cut, stitched and finished only after your order is confirmed. Typical delivery is 15-20 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Cancellations & Refunds
As each piece is made to order, we do not accept cancellations or issue refunds once an order has been confirmed. We request you to review your size and selection carefully before placing your order.
Exchanges
Exchanges are considered only in the following cases:
- Wrong item received
- Manufacturing defect
- Incorrect size delivered
Requests for exchange in any of the above cases must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the item and its packaging. Requests raised after this window cannot be honoured.
Damage or Incorrect Item
If your order arrives damaged or you have received an incorrect item, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery by writing to reachus@labelrune.com or WhatsApp +91 90082 55433. Please include your order number and photographs of the piece.
Returns - Store Credit Only
Where a return or exchange is approved, the value will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds. Store credit can be redeemed against a future Rune order.
Shipping
Shipping cost is confirmed via WhatsApp after your order is placed, based on your delivery location and the piece ordered. Our team will reach out to share the final shipping charge and confirm your address before dispatch.
